Orders & Shipping
How long does it take for my order to ship?
All online orders are fulfilled on demand. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for production and fulfillment before shipment, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer standard shipping only. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days and is free on orders of $70 or more. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Updates are provided by the carrier and may take some time to appear after shipment.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking delays happen occasionally. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days after shipment, email customerservice@45thlife.com and we'll look into it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled before they ship. Email customerservice@45thlife.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will need to go through our return process.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item?
We offer a 180-day return window for all eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
To start a return, log into your account using the email associated with your order, navigate to Orders, select the order you'd like to return, and click Request Return. Once submitted, our team will review it and email you a prepaid return label within a couple of business days.
How do exchanges work?
We offer exchanges for size or color only on eligible items within 180 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email customerservice@45thlife.com with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the size or color you need. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange. For any other changes, request a return and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label by email. After dropping the package off with the carrier, please allow up to 7 business days for it to reach us. Refunds are processed within a couple of business days of receipt and issued to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Who pays for return shipping?
We provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email customerservice@45thlife.com with your order number and photos and we'll take care of everything regardless of sale status.
Products
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a size chart to help you find the right fit. If you're between sizes or have questions, reach out to customerservice@45thlife.com before placing your order.
How should I care for my apparel?
Machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low or hang dry, and do not bleach or iron directly on printed designs.
Gifts
Can I place an order as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. We don't currently offer gift wrapping or gift message customization, and pricing information is not included inside the package.
Store & Payments
Do you have a physical store?
Yes. We have a retail location in downtown Gaylord, Michigan. Online purchases may be returned or exchanged in store, and in-store purchases may be returned by mail. Email us with your order number to get started.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we're working on it. Stay tuned.
Are gift cards refundable?
Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
How quickly does customer support respond?
We typically respond within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday.
