We’re committed to making sure your order arrives as smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find details on how shipping works for online orders.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All online orders are fulfilled on demand.

Please allow 5–7 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships, excluding holidays. This timeframe includes the time needed to produce your item and prepare it for shipment.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

At this time, we offer standard shipping only for online orders.

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)

• Free standard shipping on orders $70+

Expedited or upgraded shipping options are not currently available.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timelines are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take some time to appear after shipment.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days after shipment, please contact customerservice@45thlife.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they ship.

To request a cancellation, please email customerservice@45thlife.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a return.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

45th Life is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally. International shipping options will be available in the future — stay tuned.
