Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted within 180 days of delivery or in-store purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Returns are initiated through your customer account.
- 1Log into your account using the email associated with your order
- 2Navigate to Orders
- 3Select the order you'd like to return
- 4Click Request Return and follow the prompts
Once submitted, our team will review your request and email you a prepaid return label within a couple of business days.
We provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns.
After your return is approved and dropped off with the carrier:
- Allow up to 7 business days for the package to reach us
- Refunds are processed within a couple of business days of receipt
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or as store credit if preferred
We offer exchanges for size or color only on eligible items within 180 days of delivery.
Email customerservice@45thlife.com with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the size or color you need.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll make it right regardless of sale status.
Email customerservice@45thlife.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a prepaid return label and resolve it.
Orders may be canceled before they ship. Email customerservice@45thlife.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will need to go through the return process.
We respond within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.
