We're committed to making sure your order arrives as smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how shipping works at 45th Parallel.
All online orders are fulfilled on demand. Please allow 5–7 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships, excluding holidays. This timeframe includes the time needed to produce your item and prepare it for shipment.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping timelines are estimates and begin once your order has shipped — not when you place your order. Allow 5–7 business days for production first, then 5–7 business days for delivery.
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take some time to appear after shipment.
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days after shipment, contact customerservice@45thlife.com and we'll look into it.
Orders may be canceled before they ship. Email customerservice@45thlife.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a return.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We do not currently ship internationally. International shipping options will be available in the future — stay tuned.
