Shipping Policy
We're committed to making sure your order arrives as smoothly as possible.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All online orders are fulfilled on demand. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer standard shipping on all online orders. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days and is free on orders of $70 or more. Expedited shipping is not currently available.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timelines are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take some time to appear after shipment. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days after shipment, reach out to customerservice@45thlife.com and we'll help sort it out.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they ship. To request a cancellation, email customerservice@45thlife.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will need to go through our return process.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. 45th Parallel is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally, but plan to in the future. Stay tuned.
